San Marco Properties, Inc. has been serving the property management needs of the Jacksonville community since 1979. In the beginning, the original property management services were provided by a division of San Marco Realty; however, the demand for quality management grew so quickly that San Marco Properties, Inc. was founded. Today, the company is one of the largest property management firms serving Northeast Florida.

In 1982, Beth Griffin joined the firm, and as property manager, Beth and her staff of professionals have overseen the rapid growth of the business throughout the years and provided quality management service seven days a week.
